Your Personal Consultation

To get started, I recommend we schedule a Personal Consultation. I do this as a two step process to maximize the accuracy of my home assessment.

First, I’ll visit your home, take notes on your property, answer your questions, and give you some insight of how I work as an agent. This is generally a 20-30 min meeting to see the property in detail, as well as to get to know one another and see if there’s a good fit.

Second, I’ll take my notes back to my office and create an accurate and thorough Comparative Market Analysis/Evaluation to determine what your home would be worth in today’s market conditions. We’ll then schedule a second meeting so I can present my findings and discuss the process in more detail! Throughout both meetings, you’ll learn how I work, how I market and sell homes, and how I attend to my clients’ needs.

If you plan to purchase another home in the area, we can talk about that too. In fact, there are significant advantages to having me help you with both transactions.
